The outpatient clinic at the IKD is designed to function as
a multidisciplinary clinic where cases are jointly seen by a surgeon,
physician, radiologist and dietitian.The following figure of Urology Teams
shows the workload of kidney patients at IKD. Team-A OT-Booking
dates occupied for 4 months in advance. Team-B OT-Booking
dates occupied for 3 months and so in advance. Team-C OT-Booking
dates occupied for 8 months in advance.
